October is here and Summer is becoming a mere memory :-( while that can muster some sad feelings there's lots of opportunity for reflection, resetting and preparation during the autumn season.
Change is constant and it can trigger negative feelings and reactions in many. October's Adinkra symbol of the month is Owo Foro Adobe which translates as 'A snake that is climbing a Raffia tree'. It's a reminder for us not to let change or obstacles dominate every part of our life. To remember that a graceful solution to our issues is always present and everyday, you get to choose.
